Making bigger projects

I dont know how to stop procrastinating, what I mean by that is I don't know how to start bigger projects. Remember that bowling comic i mentioned like 3 months ago? Im still drawing those guys but i don't know how to start! the thing is, if in a mood i can draw for a long ass time its just getting into that groove of actually doing it. if you have any tips and tricks i would like to know!
